For those looking for landscape/hardscape services I strongly recommend you give V. Pitol series consideration. My project involved removing much of a 30 year old landscape and the rejuvenation of a really poor lawn. The project included of rebuilding of an existing front step that was never properly finished. Granite steps leading to concrete pavers were merged into the existing steps along with a cobble stone wall to properly tie everything together. Hardscaping services were also employed to build four cobble stone bordered flower/shrub beds to replace the old features. A five-zone irrigation system was installed offering considerable flexibility in watering the beds and/or lawn, allowing one to put the water where it is needed. The selection of the various flowers and shrubs was left up to V. Pitol and I think appropriate selections were made. In a few years when many of the plants start to reach their full potential I think the final result will be impressive. The original quote provided was the final price, despite some modifications that needed to be made during the project. The staff was considerate, hardworking, kept me informed and did not hesitate to go that extra step to make sure the job was done right. They started the project a half day early and wrapped up the project ahead of schedule! A rarity indeed!
